Instructor: Zsuzsa Tóth. The goal of these workouts is to increase the body’s performance capacity and improve overall physical fitness. Fitness training combines various forms of exercise, including cardio, strength training, and stretching. It can be beneficial for anyone who wants to increase their physical endurance and improve their overall well-being. It is free of charge and open to university students.
