Event details
General strength training, posture improvement, movement development. Use of a variety of equipment: TRX straps, medicine balls, weights, kettlebells, agility ladders, etc.
Time: 2:00-3:30 p.m., Fridays, provided that the minimum number of applicants is reached. Location: TSI Gym. We welcome beginners and advanced students alike!
